99% of our incoming phone calls are answered by a live person. The only exceptions would be that we are busy answering other calls or you placed your call before or after business hours (7AM-10 PM/MST 7 days a week). This approach seems to be a new cutting edge communication concept. If your call is not answered then by all means leave a voice mail or call back later. We check our voice and email on a regular basis seven (7) days a week including holidays.
Your call is very important. I know you did not call to waste your time listening to a commercial about our company, listening to some lame parlor music or to be swallowed up in a phone system message loop.
You will not be frustrated by being bounced from one customer service representative to another so that you are forced to state your information and repeat your questions again and again. I hate the phone run around and I’m certain you do to. As general manager I personally answer 95% of all incoming calls. Therefore, when you call back a second or third time I know who you are and what your case scenario is about.
I do my best to communicate well with our clients and I come from good German stock. I hope you find my English to be understandable. If you prefer to speak to someone with minimal English language skills who intercepts your call from somewhere in a developing third world country then save your time by not calling The Carlson Company.
The Carlson Company is a small business by U.S. Government definition. Therefore there are less than 100 employees to assist you at The Carlson Company. I believe that being smaller gives our clients a more flexible and personal service experience. Big is not always better. We can adjust to each client’s case needs quickly and professionally.
